VB Real Estate Services also commissions an interior designer to design the public areas in office buildings – in addition to the architect doing the planning. The aim is to create high-quality interior rooms which unite zeitgeist and the most modern technical furnishings.

An example of this is the SMÍCHOV GATE project in Prague. Here, VB Real Estate Services worked together with Peter Kogler, a renowned Austrian artist. Peter Kogler transformed the entrance hall into a giant work of art, presenting infinity in a finite art space.
