In acquisition, land and projects are located and analysed to establish their potential profitability, their risks and evaluate the location. Once the approvals for further project development have been successfully processed, the plans are prepared for submission.

In this phase, submission planning takes place with local or international architects and the tender is prepared in order to achieve the highest possible costs security as part of planning permission. This step is concluded when legally binding planning permission has been authorised.
